During the public comment period at the January 9th, 2012, Geneva School District Board of Education Meeting, several local residents spoke to the board concerning the current debt incurred by the district. They recapped possible steps needed to repay the debt, including the creation of a board financial task force consisting of three sitting board members as well five residents from the community.
